1. Return Policy:

  • Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain products, such as perishable, custom-made, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return.

How to Return:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for returning them.
  • Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14-21 business days.
